Registration Procedure & Policies

1. How to Register

Please complete and submit an online registration form for the desired event or training course.  BCTA does not accept registration by phone.

2. Confirmation Policy

Online registrants will receive an immediate confirmation by e-mail.  If you have not received a confirmation, please consider yourself not registered and contact Sandra Stashuk at 604-888-5319, ext. 215, or sandras@bctrucking.com.

3. Payment Policy

Payment for online registrations is by Visa or MasterCard.  Members of BCTA may request to be invoiced via the online registration and checkout process.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted and refunds issued if you contact BCTA at least two (2) weeks in advance of the session date.  After that time, BCTA retains 100% of the registration fee received or payable.  As well, we do not provide credit for cancellations; however, you may substitute a course registrant at any time. Non-attendance or non-payment does not constitute cancellation from a session.  If registrants leave a session early, they will not be eligible for a refund or a course certificate.  If BCTA cancels a session, full refunds will be issued. 

By submitting a registration, the registrant acknowledges and accepts the conditions of this payment and cancellation policy.

5. Certificates

Successful training participants will receive a BCTA Certificate of Course Attendance when payment has been confirmed.  Valid certificates can be re-issued for a replacement fee of $10 each.  There will be a charge for the replacement of any course materials.
