The conference covers BC chain-up regulations implemented last fall, including background on the regulation, technical details (chains, traction devices and chain configurations), and enforcement; new road maintenance standards and contracts, with details on improvements; and safety stats on winter driving conditions, with resources for avoiding hazards and reducing risk.
