Paul Landry
President & CEO
Working closely with BCTA's Executive Committee and Board of Directors, Paul is responsible for the overall management and direction of BCTA and for promoting the interests and image of its members and the industry to governments, the business community and the public. Paul has 30 years experience in transportation and traffic safety as a policy analyst, consultant, regulator and senior manager. He has a BA in political science and economics and a Master of Public Administration degree.

Louise Yako
Vice-President of Policy, Communications & Partnerships
Louise's primary responsibility is overseeing BCTA's policy development and communications. She maintains contact with BCTA's partner organizations and with numerous government departments to provide advice on industry views. She also supports most of BCTA's standing committees and its Board of Directors. Louise has worked in the corporate communications and publishing fields.

Greg Kolesniak
Policy Analyst
Greg researches a variety of motor carrier topics to enhance BCTA's ability to advocate and support regulatory changes to the provincial government. Greg is also responsible for helping members with enquiries about motor carrier rules and regulations. Greg has a master's degree in Public Policy and an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics. He has previously worked for the Canadian and Polish governments.

Shelley McGuinness
Communications Specialist
Shelley is responsible for the weekly BCTA Bulletin, website content, editorials, media releases, brochures and annual reports. She has a master's degree in English and has worked in both publishing and information technology.

Antony Pagan
Workforce Specialist
Antony is responsible for marketing careers in transportation, supporting driver training programs and licensing standards, and acting as liaison to BCTA members on human resources issues. Antony has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Career Development and has an undergraduate science degree with a minor in Business Administration and a diploma in Human Resources Management.

Sharon Hansen
Port Pass Coordinator
Sharon oversees the Port Pass program, including liaison with ports and terminals and issuing passes to applicants. Sharon worked extensively in the clerical and customer service fields before joining BCTA.

Michele Nicol
Director of Business Operations
Michele's major responsibilities entail managing BCTA's financial, administrative and business affairs including development and management of value-added programs and services for BCTA members. She is also responsible for managing BCTA events, including TRUXPO and our Annual Meeting and Management Conference. Michele has over 15 years' experience in non-profit management and event coordination. She has a university education in business administration and marketing.

Sandra Stashuk
Events & Training Coordinator
Sandra is responsible for the organization of courses, seminars, and various BCTA events, such as the golf tournaments, annual Conference and Christmas party. She has created and maintains the databases that facilitate BCTA member communication.

Susan Van Egdom
Accounting Coordinator
Susan's responsibilities include invoicing, inventory control, membership dues, credit and collections, payables and general accounting and office duties. Susan has 17 years of accounting and office administrative experience and enjoys assisting members with orders.

Jennifer Thomas
Administrative Coordinator
Jennifer is your first point of contact with BCTA. She handles reception, coordinates office, equipment and building suppliers, liaises with tenants and provides support for membership processing and routine communications and mailings.

Laurie Kerslake
Programs Assistant
Laurie helps part time with administrative tasks and is particularly responsible for taking care of special orders for members. You can contact her at the BCTA office from Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
