Louise is responsible for the overall management and direction of BCTA and for promoting the interests and image of its members and the trucking industry to governments, the business community and the public. She served BCTA for 15 years prior to being named President & CEO, as Manager of Government and Inter-Agency Affairs, Director of Policy and Communications, and Vice President of Policy, Communications and Partnerships. Louise trained with the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds an MBA from UBC and an Honours Bachelor of Journalism with Political Science from Carleton University. |

Trace is responsible for the development of all materials to support BCTA policies and positions, for identifying avenues for promoting and advancing those positions, and for directing member and external communications. Prior to joining BCTA, he served 10 years as Director of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs for the BC Automobile Association; six years as Manager of Communications & Media Relations for TransLink and BC Transit; and five years as Manager of Communications for the Vancouver Port Corporation. Trace holds an MBA from SFU and a Diploma in Broadcast Communications (Journalism) from BCIT. |

Greg researches a variety of motor carrier topics to enhance BCTA's ability to advocate and support regulatory changes to the provincial government. Greg is also responsible for helping members with enquiries about motor carrier rules and regulations. Greg has a master's degree in Public Policy and an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics. He has previously worked for the Canadian and Polish governments. |

Shelley is responsible for the weekly BCTA Bulletin, website content, editorials, media releases, brochures and annual reports. She has a master's degree in English and has worked in both publishing and information technology. |

Sharon oversees the Port Pass program, including liaison with ports and terminals and issuing passes to applicants. Sharon worked extensively in the clerical and customer service fields before joining BCTA. |

Michele's major responsibilities entail managing BCTA's financial, administrative and business affairs including development and management of value-added programs and services for BCTA members. She is also responsible for managing BCTA events, including TRUXPO and our Annual Meeting and Management Conference. Michele has over 15 years' experience in non-profit management and event coordination. She has a university education in business administration and marketing. |

Sandra is responsible for various BCTA events, such as the golf tournaments, annual Conference and Christmas party. She has created and maintains the databases that facilitate BCTA member communications. Sandra is also responsible for the organization of courses, seminars and webinar registrations. |

Jennifer is your first point of contact with BCTA. She handles reception, coordinates office, equipment and building suppliers, liaises with tenants and provides support for membership processing and routine communications and mailings. |

Veena's responsibilities include accounting, product and other related office duties. Veena has over 25 years of accounting experience and enjoys adding to her experience with numbers. |
