COURSE POLICIES

1. How to Register

Registrations are not accepted by phone.

By Fax: When registering for a course by fax, complete the registration form in full and fax to the BCTA office at 604-888-2941.

By Email: When registering for a course by email, complete the registration in full and email to sandras@bctrucking.com.

2. Confirmation Policy

BCTA will confirm receipt of your registration via fax or e-mail within one (1) week of receiving your completed registration form.  If you have not received a confirmation please consider yourself not registered and contact Sandra Stashuk at 604-888-5319, ext. 215 or sandras@bctrucking.com.

3. Payment Policy

Members of BCTA may request to be invoiced.  Non-members may submit a cheque or request to pay by Visa or MasterCard, only.  You will be contacted for credit card details prior to the course date.  Credit cards will be processed on the day of or soon after the course date and the receipt will be forwarded with the certificate.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted only if BCTA is advised of need to cancel at least two (2) weeks in advance of the course date.  After that time, 100% of the registration fee will be payable.  Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Non-attendance or stop payment does not constitute cancellation from a course.  Refunds are available only to students who follow cancellation procedures before deadlines.  If a student leaves a course early, the student is not considered eligible for a refund or a certificate.  If BCTA cancels a course, a full refund of fees will be made and credit card will not be processed. By submitting a registration, the student acknowledges and accepts the conditions of the payment/cancellation policy.

5. Certificates

Successful participants shall receive BCTA Certificates of Course Attendance when payment has been received.  There will be a replacement fee of $10 for reissue of certificates.  There will be a charge for replacement of any course materials.
